We want you to love your Play and Learn experience! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Terms of Return
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Condition of Return
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all parts and packaging included. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used items (such as sensory materials) cannot be returned.

📦 Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

• Items arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• There is a significant issue with your order

Please note: Because each  box is custom-packed and contains consumable, child-specific materials, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or if a child outgrows the product.

📦 How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at contact@playandlearncompany.com with:

• Your Name 
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos, if applicable

Our team will respond within 2 business days to help you with next steps.

📦 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
